Uploading your own
We want to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase, so if you do run into any troubles with your print, please drop us a message here and we will do our best to assist where we can. If there is a genuine issue with your product and you can provide photo evidence of this then you will be fully refunded.
If the “need image changes?” option is selected then the changes need to be mentioned in the notes. Any additional changes outside of these notes would incur an additional fee.
Please note: the temporary tattoos are for illustrative and trial purposes only. They are to give the user a feel for how their tattoo idea may look on their skin, and to test in various positions if they choose. More detailed concepts or low resolution images may not be as sharp as an actual tattoo.
Once a custom design is purchased our artists will discuss with you any questions / ideas they have and might even provide a rough mock-up of your idea for approval. If you are really not happy with the concept at this point and within good reason you can ask for a refund of the upfront fee and cancel the job.
If you are happy to continue, then your upfront fee becomes non-refundable and that is when our artists can spend time creating the final, complete version of your tattoo. You can still make small changes to this design, as long as it is within the initial brief.
Once finalised, you will receive your digital version and 2 printed, temporary tattoos will be posted out to you free of charge via 1st class post.
